The room featured rose petals plus complementary rosé (such a nice touch). Staff members were very friendly. The bed was amazingly comfortable, so it was hard to leave each morning. Netflix on the TV was a plus. The shower was great, and the bathroom was spacious.
I noticed the phone in the room had a list for numbers, but it was completely blank.

The location is ideal. All sightseeing places are within walking distance from the hotel. Getting around was simple because the tram and metro are just a few minutes walk away.

The room was set up with towels made up to be swans upon check-in. The room was super clean (it was cleaned each day for my stay). The room included excellent facilities and modern features plus air conditioning.

The front desk staff was welcoming. They are very friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations. The staff in the breakfast room were very professional.

The room was very clean, and the decor was lovely. the staff were polite. I thought that was great. the beds were amazing and so were the pillows.
I had some issues, firstly, a double room is actually two single beds pushed together. i prefer a double bed. secondly, i spent a full 10 minutes trying to open the door to the room with no success. The door would not unlock!

The sauna was a real treat. Towels were readily available there! The staff greeted guests warmly each day, checking to ensure the stay went well. This definitely enhanced the trip overall.
There was a slight overcharge discovered on the last day. I hope for a prompt refund to resolve this billing issue.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Multiple lighting options were available and easily controlled with different switches. A welcome gift of fresh fruits was delivered. This was a considerate touch. The hotel's location offered easy access to many places I wanted to visit.
The room door was difficult to unlock from the inside. I had trouble exiting and there were no instructions. The telephone in the room lacked contact information for reception. I suggest adding it.
